Rising From The Grave
Since the Carnegie Foundation began dumbing down the school systems back in the 1930s, we've been on a path towards labor force mentality. We've suffered a loss of critical thinkers in America. This is deliberate. It's just beginning to show its ugly face now, and most people have been completely surprised at the current decline of our culture. It's a misconception that we've only started losing our integrity as a society. We've been losing it since the blueprint of global economy based education started. This is not a new concept.
Things are simply running quicker now, as there has finally been established a lemming strain of people primed and ready to work to serve the capital interests of a banded group of nations. There is so much documentation and evidence of this it's almost ridiculous. And no one has to hide it, because we're all too distracted and complacent to look into it. It's just sitting there! (I touch on the subject briefly in my book) Those who are opting for home schooling aren't so exempt from the frying pan, either. In a hurried effort to comply with these new educational models adopted by 43 of 50 states now, textbook companies are re-writing their materials to match the standards of those programs. Homeschooling families are buying the same textbooks.
If people do feel like paying attention, there are absolutely ways to avoid this trainwreck and keep children from growing up without common sense or the ability to think for themselves. There's information all over the place. And we can teach our children how to be compassionate and tolerant without teaching them to be cowards. I have a suggestion for a good read. I got my hands on one of these books over ten years ago, and it changed my entire perception of history. It's not rare; these books are all over the place. It's a collection of true stories told by American slaves that date around the time period underground abolition groups were forming. Writers and editors who were involved as activists at the time worked with some of the runaways and helped them tell their stories. There is no one book. There are so many. You can find collections on Amazon. I remember one in particular titled "Incidents In The Life Of A Slave Girl" by Harriet Ann Jacobs that absolutely tore my heart apart. Reading a collection of these taught me what was really going on at the time, as opposed to what tiny and manicured tidbits you'll get in school.
To leave on a more positive note, however- we aren't dead yet. We can heal ourselves from everything from depleted and tainted food to those stressed and robotic lifestyles that serve to kill us. We're more capable than that, and you always have control over how much of a damaged society you let into your life. So don't give up and lie back. You don't need a president telling you what to do. You don't need a boss telling you what to do. All you need is you. You have every bit of omnipotent energy and power inside you in order to get the job done.
