Busy Morning

It's February already? Wow. Nice little eclipse the other night, my birthday coming in this month, major move at the beginning of March, and I'm getting a new dog when I get down South. (Well, close enough to the dixie line to merit calling it south, I suppose.) Can't wait to sit on an actual porch with a dog and drink a glass of bourbon.

I'm lucky to know some very good film people and photographers, including my partner, who will be helping me with the cover of the book. I'm looking forward to what we can do with that aesthetically. I want this to be something people will enjoy holding in their hands and having on their shelves. There's nothing worse than an ugly, drabby book cover. So boring. It gives an impression that the content won't be too proficient, either. I promise mine will be. I don't make empty promises.

Things move so fast here that I can't seem to find time to do basic things like feed myself sometimes. I'm starving, because I actually forgot to eat today. And it's past two oclock. Wait.. like one of my friends said recently, "It's beer oclock".. I like that better. Turn the rest of the day into sheer pleasure and enjoy it! :)
